Jacob Motl is a composer, sound designer, artist, cartographer, writer, tabletop game designer, and video game developer.

Since childhood, Jacob has been drawn to storytelling through a variety of mediums, from music and painting to writing and games. In 2017, he earned his Bachelor's of Music in Composition from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. In 2018, he earned his Master's of Music in Film Composition from Pacific Northwest Film Scoring Program in Seattle.

Today, Jacob's artistic scope ventures beyond music to include visual art, writing, and interactive mediums such as games. He is continually exploring how these different mediums can be used together.
